As an experienced team working under a new name, Big Block Construction needed website that highlighted their expertise while introducing the new brand. We applied the existing style guide to the website design, incorporating unique animations, and created search engine optimized content drawn from existing assets and interviews with the Big Block leadership. Vireo also took the lead on a marketing campaign to promote the teams first big project under the Big Block banner.
New company, long history
Nov. 2019-Feb. 2020
Big Block Construction needed a polished website that provided a better sales platform for potential clients who visit the site. It needed to showcase Big Block’s expertise and help visitors make an informed choice. The website was built on Webflow and acts as a foundation that can be built upon as the business grows.
The company had established marketing materials that they use in their sales process and the website needed to be an extension of that. We applied the existing style guide to our design and deepened the content so that the print materials would be a springboard to a more fulsome website.
May. 2020-Nov. 2020
While the team behind Big Block Construction have been working in the industry for decades, their Willowview Heights project was the first under the new Big Block banner. And it's a special project: One of the first Net Zero / Net Zero Ready multi-unit residential buildings in Canada. They needed to create brand awareness while recording the progress of the project to show future clients the great work they've done.
Vireo created a content marketing strategy that included social media management, news releases, photography, and twice-monthly articles for the News section on the Big Block website.
